Decorative Birds – Frony Ritter Designs

While I was getting lost in the old cobblestone streets of the ancient seaport town of Denia, Spain, I saw a beautiful painted tile. The tile featured birds, flowers and a vase. I began creating a variation of the design in my mind and then not only was I lost, but then i was bumping into things as my mind was busy creating this design.

The perfect thread to make this look old was The Gentle Art thread, and I stitched it it on linen. The pattern is in the June 2022 issue of Just Cross Stitch magazine.
